DATED : 19th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- The applicant came to be released on bail by order dated 12/2/2019 in C.R.No. 326/2018. As a condition for his release, he was directed to report to the DCB Anti Extortion Cell once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am to 1.00 p.m.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was diligent in attending to the Investigating Agency as directed, but now since the charge is framed, he may be relieved of the condition of reporting once in a month. Learned counsel state that the applicant shall abide by the directions of this Court. Tilak
