The fresh appeal being Criminal Appeal (Stamp) No.5796 of 2022 is filed inadvertently along with applications as referred to above. In the circumstances, learned counsel for appellants-applicants seeks leave to withdraw Criminal Appeal (Stamp) No.5796 of 2022 and Interim Application Nos.1220 of 2022 and 1221 of 2022.
