The above Petitions take exception to the orders all dated 20.03.2015, by which orders the objection raised by the Petitioners in all the above Petitions to the inclusion of the name of the Respondent No.4 in each of the above Petitions was rejected for the reasons mentioned in the said order. The Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.4 draws this Court's attention to the second phase of the election programme which was declared yesterday i.e. on 08.04.2015 from the stage covering the filing of the nominations upto voting to the Pune District Central Co-operative Bank. In the light of the said second phase of the election programme being announced, it is not necessary to interfere in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court in the impugned order. With liberty granted to the Petitioners to adopt appropriate proceedings after the elections are over if the occasion so arises. The above Petitions are dismissed.
