The grievance of the Petitioners, inter alia, is that though the appeals have been filed by the Petitioners before Respondent No.4, the said appeals are not yet decided.

Since this is the only relief which is pressed at this stage, the writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.4 to decide the appeals as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of eight weeks.

In the meantime, however, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioners in respect of demolition of mobile towers at the site. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
