Mr. Sale, learned counsel for respondent Nos 1 & 2 on instructions from Mr. Mahesh Dhotre, Deputy Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the petitioner in this petition would be accommodated in a school run by Sangli Zilla Parishad under couple convenience policy (husband and wife together), as per Circular dated 29th September, 2011 as amended by Circular dated 18th October, 2012. Statement is accepted. 2.

Mr. S. S. Pakale, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,

WP 3726 of 2015.doc submits that grievance of the petitioner no more survives in the light of above statement.

We direct respondent No.3 to relieve the petitioner on or before 8th May, 2016 so as to enable her to join service of Zilla Parishad, Sangli.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
