Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for Respondents No. 1 & 2 appeared and submitted that he will fle vakalatnama within a period of 2 weeks from today. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the change reports are pending with the Respondent No. 3 - Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur for long time. The oldest change report is of the year 2008. There are 2 change reports of the year 2020. Learned AGP on instructions of the Respondent No.3 submits that Respondent No.3 will be in a position to decide the change 1/2
