By filing Contempt Petition No. 416 of 2018 dated 23rd March 2018, the petitioner alleges contempt of the order of a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 6th August 2014 passed in Public Interest Litigation No. 156 of 2011. 2.

In view of the provisions contained in section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the contempt petition is timebarred and not maintainable. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed. No costs.

This order shall not preclude the petitioner to explore his remedy in accordance with law.
