Even on 13th January, 2020 none appeared on behalf of the appellants, and the appeal was adjourned today by way of last chance. Today again, none appears for the appellants. It appears that appellants are not keen in pursuing the appeal. In that view of the matter, the second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution, with no order as to costs.
