The records indicate that earlier Anticipatory Bail Application No.1247 of 2021 was dismissed by the Sessions Court on merits. The Applicant thereafter filed application before this Court being Anticipatory Bail Application No.3180 of 2021, which came to be withdrawn unconditionally. After withdrawal of the application, the Applicant once again filed application for pre-arrest bail before the Sessions Court. Being aggrieved by the order of the Sessions Court, refusing to grant interim relief, the Applicant has approached this Court. 2.

Unable to explain how the Applicant could file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court, the learned counsel for the Applicant states that he will withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application 1/2

Megha 9_aba_912_2022.doc filed before the Sessions Court and file a fresh application before this Court. He also seeks leave to withdraw this application. 3.

Hence, leave is granted to withdraw this application. 4.
