The Applicant had earlier approached this Court by way of A.B.A.No.341 of 2024. This Court had passed the order dated 06.02.2024 as follows:
"After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.
Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such." 2.
Thereafter, the applicant had carried the said order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.2732 of 2024. The Hon'ble Supreme Court passed the Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

"
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Special Leave Petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
Permission is granted.
The Special Leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty." 3.
Thus, on the first occasion before this Court, after arguing on merits for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, the application was withdrawn unconditionally. There is some sanctity to the statement made before the Court. After that, this order was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in which, the Hon'ble Supreme Court permitted the learned counsel to withdraw the said Special Leave petition. In this background, it will not be appropriate for this Court to entertain this application.

The application is, therefore, dismissed.
