Petitioner claims that her caste validity claim is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee respondent no. 2 since the year 2013.

In view of the above, without commending upon the merits of the matter, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent no.2 Committee to decide the petitioner's caste validity claim, if the same is pending before it. 3.

Petitioner to appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee along with the relevant documents on 31.8.2017 at 11.00 am. 4.

In case the petitioner's caste claim is pending before respondent no. 2, the same shall be decided by the respondent no.2 Committee as expeditiously as possible but not latter than three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner

Depending upon the outcome of the claim of the petitioner, she is given liberty to pursue the other remedies claimed in this petition.
