This Petition can conveniently be disposed of by allowing the petition in terms of prayer clause (c), which reads thus :

"c) The Hon'ble Family Court No 3 at Bandra Mumbai be directed to register the application for custody and pass necessary orders thereon on or before 30/4/2017."

Mr. Vyas assures that the petitioner will approach Family Court No.3 at Bandra, Mumbai as early as possible and in any case within one week from today for registering the
