We have heard learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

By this application, the applicants pray that the applicants be permitted to bring on record legal heirs of the original petitioner namely Farokh Minorcher Godrej. There is delay of 272 days in filing the present application. 3.

We have perused the memo of application. It appears that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. We are of the opinion that it is in the interest of justice that the application is required to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) and (d). Let the amendment be carried out during the course of the day. List the petition tomorrow i.e. 28 March, 2024. 4.

It is informed that the papers and proceedings are not available and the office is taking search of the record and proceedings of the petition. In view of the urgency, the petitioner is permitted to place on record a substitute paper27 March, 2024
