Learned counsel for the applicant submits that chargesheet has been filed against the applicant on 30th March, 2021. Hence, the application may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail before the Sessions Court. In view of change in circumstances, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer application for bail before the Sessions Court. The applicant is permitted to pursue the application before the Sessions Court on medical ground as well as on merits of the case.
