INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 3613 OF 2022 1.

Mr. Patil for State/Respondent No.1 as well as Special Land Acquisition Officer states the law is very clear and applicant should be entitled to the relief as prayed for in prayer clause - (A). Prayer clause - (A) reads as under :

(A) This Honourable High Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend and claim compensation at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per square meter thus totally claiming further enhancement of Rs.4,050/- in Cross Objections. 2.

Application therefore allowed and stands disposed. 3.

Amendment to be carried out and amended claim to be served within two weeks.

Deficit court fees to be paid within three weeks. INTERIM APPLICATION (ST) NO. 32435 OF 2022 1.

This is an Interim Application to bring the Legal Heirs of Respondent No.6 who expired on or about 19th January 2022. Mr. Patil has no objection. Therefore respondents to bring the applicants on record in place of Respondent No.6. Amendment to be carried out and amended

3/3 cause title to be served within two weeks. Similar amendment shall be carried out in the First Appeal and the main Cross Objection within two weeks.
