Matter was on board on 11th August 2015 when none had appeared for the applicant and thus the civil application was accordingly dismissed. However, on oral application of the learned counsel for the applicant, the civil application was restored and was adjourned. 2.

The applicant and her advocate are absent even today. Civil application for condonation of delay is dismissed for default. In view of dismissal of the civil application, appeal from order is also dismissed. No order as to costs.
