This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 17/8/2015 passed in Sessions Case No. 140 of 2014 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, thereby convicting the applicant/appellant for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 6 years and 189 days in filing the appeal. For the reasons assigned in paragraph- 3 and 4 of the application, delay of 6 years and 189 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. The application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
