In a two pages petition / PIL, without giving particulars of any alleged illegal construction, Petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ, direction, directing the respondents to register criminal case against the Gram Panchayat officials, real-estate developers and the local politicians, who are hand-in-glove for building illegal structures. The averments made in the PIL are very vague and no particulars have been given. Hence, we decline to entertain this PIL. Criminal PIL is therefore dismissed.
