Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to apply after one year if the trial does not progress substantially.

The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and the same disposed of as withdrawn.

Considering that the applicant is in custody from 09/11/2020, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial, if possible. I appreciate the workload on the trial Court, therefore this is only a request.
