1] We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2] The learned counsel submits that the Petitioners are assailing the selection process adopted by Respondent Nos.1 to 3 for appointment in the Primary School of Zilla Parishad and all Municipal Councils of Ratnagiri.

3] The selection process assailed is of the year 2005. Those persons, who are selected and appointed pursuant to the said selection process are not before the Court. It is trite that, any order 1/2

4] Considering the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Rule is discharged. No costs.
