1] It is informed that the Applicant who assailed the Judgments, has surrendered on 09.03.2023 and presently incarcerated. 2] Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant advanced in Revision Application and on prima facie finding that the case before the trial Court has not been appreciated in the proper perspective, when the testimony of PW 2 suffer from glaring omissions and contradictions, in my considered opinion, the Applicant deserve his release on bail while pending the Revision Application for adjudication.

(19)IA-1308-2023.doc 3] The Applicant shall be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.140/2013 registered with Yerwada Police Station, on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

The sentence imposed vide the impugned Judgment dated 06.06.2017 passed by the learned JMFC, Pune in RCC No.2595/2013 is stayed.

Similarly, the effect and operation of the Judgment passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Criminal Appeal No.293/2017, is also stayed.
