Learned counsel for the applicant states that all the respondents have been served and undertakes to file affidavit of service within one week from today. Statement is accepted. 2.
By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 25 days in filing the first appeal. None appears for the respondents though served. No affidavit-in-reply is filed. 3.
Delay in filing the first appeal is explained in paragraph 2 & of civil application. Reasons recorded in the civil application are accepted.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.

Place the First Appeal on board for 'Admission' on 20th January 2020. The appellant would be at liberty to file a separate civil application seeking amendment to the cause title of the first appeal. If any such civil application is filed, the same shall be placed on board along with the first appeal.
