Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the State.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel to Gram: Jamin Padri, Post: Bhimvar, District Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, from 1/3

16th April, 2016 to 31st April, 2016. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 21st August, 2013. The said order is at page 8 of the application. She submitted that whilst enlarging the applicant on bail, this Court had imposed certain conditions, of which, condition No. (iii) reads as under: "(iii) The applicant shall not leave the local area of Brihan Mumbai or Thane District, for a period of more than 48 hours, without the express permission of the trail court." 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the said condition be relaxed and the applicant be permitted to travel for 15 days, as the applicant is to get married on 18th April, 2016. She has relied on the marriage invitation which is at page 30 of the application. 5.

Learned A.P.P submits that the Investigating Officer has verified the said marriage invitation card of the applicant. Learned A.P.P has submitted a report to the said effect, which is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

Considering the aforesaid, and more particularly, considering the role of the applicant in the commission of the alleged offence, the 2/3

applicant is permitted to travel to Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh for his wedding, from 16th April, 2016 to 31st April, 2016.

The application is disposed of.
