After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court, in case he has any fresh material so as to seek modification of the order.

All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open. 3.

Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The grant of liberty is no expression on the merits of the contention of the petitioner and any proposed modification application shall be decided on its own merits.
