The Applicant appearing in person pointed out that during the pendency of the Application, he has applied for discharge before the concerned Court. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, all contentions raised in the Application are expressly kept open which can be agitated by the Applicant appearing in person before the appropriate Court.
