1] This is an application for further modification of condition. The condition of attendance was already modified by Order dated 6th April 2017 and the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station once in three months on every first Monday of the said month until further orders.

2] Mr.Thakur, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the investigation in the present crime is already completed and 1/2

3] In view thereof, the applicant is hereinafter directed to attend each and every date before the trial Court, unless precluded on medical grounds.
