The said Memorandum of Compromise is singed by the Appellants and Respondent No.1 for himself and for and on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 as their Constituted Attorney. A photocopy of the said Power of Attorney dated 11th December, 2021 is annexed to the said Memorandum of Compromise dated 15th December, 2021. The signatures of the Appellants and Respondent No.1 are duly identified by their respective Advocates. The said Memorandum of Compromise dated 15th December, 2021 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Second Appeal is allowed in terms of Memorandum of Compromise dated 15th December, 2021.

Decree be drawn in terms of the said Memorandum of Compromise dated 15th December, 2021.
