Applicant i.e. Respondent No.1 in Civil Revision Application (ST) No.9213 OF 2017 - The Bombay Diocesan Trust Association Pvt. Ltd. has taken out this Interim Application for vacating ad-interim relief granted on 7th August 2017. By order dated 7th August 2017, this Court issued notice and granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) on the condition that the applicant deposits Rs.10,000/- p.m. w.e.f. 1st September 2016 on or before 5th day of each succeeding month.

Mr. Talkute, learned counsel appearing for the original 1/2

21-ia-17042-2022 in crast-9213-2017.doc Applicant i.e. Dr. Ashok Sonule states that the applicant has deposited said amount of Rs.10,000/- for the period upto 1st July 2020. He states that the balance amount will be deposited as early as possible. It is to be seen that the said amount upto 1st July 2020 was also deposited after the present Interim Application is taken out. Therefore, the original Applicant - Dr. Ashok Sonule to deposit balance amount as directed by order dated 7th August 2017 on or before 31st March 2023 and continue to deposit further amount as per the said order dated 7th August 2017. If the original Applicant - Dr. Ashok Sonule fails to deposit said arrears or further amounts then ad-interim order granted by order dated 7th August 2017 stands vacated forthwith without reference to this Court. 3.

Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
