Learned Counsel for the respondent no.1, on instructions of the respondent no.1, who is present in Court states, that the respondent no.1 is ready to provide the petitioner shelter in his own house, which is situated at C/o.Mr.Pralhad Marne, CTS No.1140, Shivaji Nagar, Bhamburda, Pune, as well as food and other basic necessities, during her life time. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, on instructions of the respondent no.1, who is present in Court, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this petition.
