Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that though he has averred in the Writ Petition that a reply to the show cause notice is filed, however, the same may not be regarded as a reply. In fact, reply has been filed on 16/12/2015. Copy of the same has been placed on record. The grievance of the petitioners is that inspite of the show cause 1/2

15. wp 4126.16.doc notice, the Competent Authority of the respondents has not taken any decision on the same. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that appropriate decision on the reply to the show cause notice issued to the petitioners will be taken as expeditiously as possible.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Competent Authority of the respondents to examine the petitioner's reply to the show cause notice and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible but not later than 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
