[ Applicants are accused in MCOC Special Case No. 01 of 2015. Learned A.P.P. submits that the prosecution has examined a witnesses and 15th November 2019, is the next scheduled date. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the co-accused have been released on bail and the applicant is in the custody since 2014. She therefore submits that trial is not likely get over in near future. Since the trial has began, the learned Trial Judge is requested to conclude the trial on day to day basis, expeditiously. In view of the facts I am not inclined to entertain the application. Application is accordingly disposed of.
