Mr. Vijay Patil, learned counsel for the respondents informs that the prayer made in Exh.88 for inspection of the suit premises may be allowed, as the respondent No.1, who happens to be son of the petitioner has no objection for the same. He further informs that the property is always open for the same. 2.

In view of above statement, petition stands disposed of. 4.

In case report is sought to be tendered based on inspection to be carried out as prayed in Exh.88 before the Court below, this Court expects the Court below to conclude the hearing on the application for appointment of Court Commissioner and for permission for demolition expeditiously.
