Heard the learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State. Perused the complaint filed by the Petitioner dated 10/03/2015. The Petitioner has complained against API Mr. Prakash Vyankatrao Waghmare having abused and had verbal altercation and also having threatened the Petitioner. The details are not mentioned in the complaint. However, in view of the fact that no specific details are mentioned in the complaint, we do not deem it appropriate to consider the grievance of the Petitioner at this stage.
