By an Order dated 5.2.2018 the bail application preferred by the applicants was rejected on merits. The said order was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court by way of Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.2216/2018 and the Supreme Court was pleased to dismissed the said petition and granted one week's time to the applicants to surrender and apply for regular bail. The applicants instead of surrendering before the Investigating Officer and/ or before the Court of Competent jurisdiction has Page-1/2

The conduct of the applicants clearly denotes that they are trying to over reach the order passed by the Supreme Court which cannot be countenanced and has to be condemned. The allegations made against the applicants are undoubtedly serious in nature and they do not deserve to be protected by pre-arrest bail by this Court. 2.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed in limine.
