By this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner/original plaintiff is challenging the order dated 23.02.2017 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ghodnadi (Shirur) below Exhibit-19 in Regular Civil Suit No.220 of 2015 allowing third party's application under Order 1 Rule 10 (2) of Civil Procedure Code, 1908.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition the said order is already compelled by the petitioner.

In view of subsequent development, I do not find any substance in the present writ petition.
