sg 2/2 wp1381-17.doc which is annexed at Exhibit 'D', before appropriate forum. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

We have not gone into the merits of the matter. All rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. In the event the Petitioner challenges the said order, it may be dealt with independently and in accordance with law.
