Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction directing respondent No.4 to decide the Appeals expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

In our view, the Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to decide the Appeals filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 6 weeks from today on merits and in accordance with law. In the meantime, during the pendency of the Appeals, there shall be 1/2

920. wp 3800.16.doc ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (c) and for a period of 2 weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
