The Appeal filed by the Intervenor under the proviso to section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the acquittal of the accused persons in respect of the offences punishable under section 302 of the IPC and 201 of the IPC read with section 34 of the IPC, has already been admitted, and the Criminal Appeal No.240/15 has been directed to be listed along with that Appeal.
