The petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation of FIR bearing CR.No.95 of 2018 registered with Indapur Police Station, Indapur to the CID or any other agency. The said FIR was registered at the instance of Mahadeo Kondiba Mhaske in which it is alleged that the complainant's nephew by name Manohar, was murdered by someone; therefore FIR was registered against unknown persons. The Petitioner is the mother of deceased Manohar. During investigation, it was revealed that murder of Manohar was committed by Mahadeo and Ankush Bhong. The investigation is over and the chargesheet has been filed before the Sessions Court at Pune. 2.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that the blood patilsr 1 / 2

stained clothes of the accused have been destroyed by Sangita Tukaram Mhaske and Shubhangi Bhong, wives of the accused persons and therefore they should be implicated in the offence. 3.

Earlier on 7th January 2019, the Petitioner had made representation to the Police Superintendent, Pune (Rural) making grievance similar to the grievance made in the present writ petition. On the said representation, Superintendent has directed the Additional Superintendent of Police, Baramati to call for the file and if required send supplementary charge sheet. The grievance of the Petitioner is that despite the direction of the Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent has not taken any steps.

In the light of above, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing the Additional Superintendent of Police, Baramati to take necessary action on the allegations made by the Petitioner in her complaint dated 7th January 2019. Ordered accordingly.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
