P.C. :- This Application has been sent by the Applicant from Jail requesting this Court to discharge the Counsel who had been appointed to represent the Applicant in the pending Appeal. The Applicant has also requested that another Counsel be appointed to represent the Applicant in the pending Appeal.

We accordingly discharge Advocate Mrs. Farhana Shah, learned Counsel appointed from the Legal Aid Panel to 1/2

APPA 438.15.sxw represent the Appellant in this Appeal. We direct that an amount of Rs. 2,000/- be paid to Advocate Mrs. Farhana Shah, learned Counsel who had been appointed to represent the Appellant in this Appeal.

We allow this Application and appoint Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Counsel to represent the Appellant in the pending Appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 871 of 2013. Appointment of Advocate Mr. Satyavrat Joshi be communicated to the Applicant who is undergoing his sentence in Jail.
