The issue raised in the petition refers to the show cause notice dated 1 March 2016. Basically the communication/order dated 11 September 2015 as referred in letter dated 8 March 2016 was not received by the Petitioner. Therefore, at this stage by keeping all points open, we are directing the Respondents to communicate the order within two weeks.

The petitioner to file reply within two weeks from receipt of the communication/order in question. Respondents to consider the same in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within six weeks. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. 4.

Protection if any granted in the earlier petition, that will be continued in terms of the said order.
