The learned counsel for the applicant/accused wants to file the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record. This application is moved for seeking permission as the applicant/accused wanted to travel abroad for his business purpose. She submits that the applicant/accused has mentioned in his affidavit that he want to go to Dubai, U.A.E. on 14th April, 2016 and will come back on 15th May, 2016. He has booked the air tickets and the photocopies of the same 1 / 2
prod-3-aba-appp-269-2016..doc are filed on record. She submits that earlier also the applicant/ accused travelled abroad by seeking permission of this Court. 3.
The learned prosecutor confirms that the applicant /accused has earlier travelled abroad after seeking permission of this Court. She submits that after returning from abroad the applicant may be directed to hand over his passport to the police. 4.
In view of above submissions of both the parties, the investigating officer is hereby directed to return the passport to the applicant/accused. The applicant/accused is allowed to travel abroad and stay there at the address furnished by him. He is directed to submit his place of abode to police and after returning, he shall report the police station on or before 20th May, 2016 and shall handover the passport to the police.
