These petitions challenge the order passed by Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, under Section 7-A of Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. Since, the Act provides for an appeal to the Appellate Tribunal under Section 7-I of the Provident Fund Act, the petitions are allowed to be withdrawn, to enable the petitioners to resort to the alternate remedy available to them.
