In view of the fact that there is a dispute between the two persons who both claim to be the delegates of the Palsavade Samudayik Sheti Sahakari Society Ltd., the order passed by the District Co-operative Election Officer removing the names of the both the delegates from the provisional list of voters cannot be found fault with. No case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is therefore made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
