Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that copies are already served on the other side. He undertakes to file affidavit of service within one week from today. Same is accepted.

This application is preferred by petitioner for placing on record copy of judgment and decree dated 30.5.2003 passed by Joint District Judge, Thane in Regular Civil Suit No.1 of 1987.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

3 can14-15.doc i) Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment by placing on record judgment and decree dated 30.5.2003 passed by Joint District Judge, Thane in Regular Civil Suit No.1 of 1987 in Contempt Petition.

ii) Amendment be carried out within three weeks from today.

iii) Applicant is permitted to serve amended copy of Contempt Petition on respondents thereafter by private notice either by registered post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of Service to that effect.

iv) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
