After hearing learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP of the Respondent-State, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this Application and to take out appropriate proceedings thereby challenging the order passed by the Court of Sessions, Vasai dated 15th March 2023. 2.

By the order dated 27th April 2022, the anticipatory bail is granted to The Applicant and his mother. Whereas as per impugned order anticipatory bail granted to the Applicant is cancelled. It is for the reason that the Applicant failed to give attendance on the date mentioned in the order. The Applicant has offered certain 1/2
