1] This is an application through jail. It is the grievance of the applicant that the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No.13 of 2014 arising out of C.R.No.140 of 2013 registered with Deonar Police Station, Mumbai has not commenced yet. Learned APP on instructions submits that as of today five witnesses have been examined and prosecution is intending to examine about 10 more witnesses. She further submits that the prosecution will make an endeavour to complete the trial within six months from today. In view of the same, grievance of the applicant does not survive and the present application is accordingly disposed of. Registry to communicate the order to the applicant, who is in jail.
