The grievance of the Petitioners is that inspite of the order being passed by the District Magistrate on 27 July 2022 under section 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("SARFAESI Act"), the same is not being implemented.
