After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned counsel, however, requests that the case of the applicant be expedited, since the applicant is in custody since September 2017, for more than three years. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact that the applicant is in custody since September 2017, for more than three years, the trial of the applicant is SQ Pathan 1/2
