For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order;

ORDER

i.

Criminal Bail Application No.1191 of 2022 is allowed; ii.

The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.1070 of 2021 registered with Kondhwa Police Station on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; iii.

The applicant shall report concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between Sunny Thote Corrected version of order dated 19th October, 2022 pursuant to speaking to minutes of order dated 21st February, 2023.

28-BA-1191-2022-SPK.doc 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a period of three months and thereafter, once in a six months on first Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till further order;

iv.

The applicant is permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.20,000/- for a period of eight weeks in lieu of surety.

v.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not approach the victim and any other witness. vi.
